Today's Workout A) Pinch Grip Carry 400 Meters for time: Carry a 45 pound bumper plate in each hand x 400 meters. Unlimited drops. Bumper is pinched between the thumb and fingers. Do not use the hole or hold the plate from the bottom. Women carry 25 pound bumpers. Post time to comments. B) Sled Pull 3 rounds, 185 # sled. Hand over hand rope pull, 85 feet. Rest 2 minutes between rounds
