Phase Program
Our phase program is an excellent tool to keep our athletes (that's you!) motivated and well rounded. Without measurable and attainable goals, it is difficult to effectively increase your fitness and health levels. The program listed below will help keep you focused and on the most direct track to world class fitness. We expect new members to work hard and complete the Apprentice Phase. However, this is NOT a requirement and there is no stipulation to test. Goodluck!
