Citadel is a world-class CrossFit gym. We take pride in building the highest quality CrossFit facility and staff with only the best of the best. Our coaching team has dozens of years of CrossFit training experience, most L2 certified. We work with some of the best athletes and coaches in the world and can help you reach your fitness goals whatever they may be.
Most importantly, we are a family. Our community of athletes, of all abilities, are led by our caring and knowledgeable CrossFit coaches who teach movements, coach form and inspire group workouts many times each day. Citadel workouts are methodically programmed to bring about desired changes while being different every day, we call it “constantly varied”. You will rarely do the same thing twice and are far less likely to lose interest or get bored than when doing the same circuits at a traditional gym three days a week. Our classes are 1 hour long and fit into even the busiest schedules.

Is CrossFit too hard for me?
CrossFit is not a gym, it is a sport; the sport of fitness. CrossFit Citadel programming is designed for universal scalability, making it the perfect application for any committed individual, regardless of experience. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change the program. The needs of Olympic athletes and our grandparents differ by degree, not kind.
The community that spontaneously arises when people do these workouts together is a key component of why CrossFit Citadel is so effective. Harnessing the natural camaraderie, competition and fun of sport or game yields an intensity unmatched by any other means.
While CrossFit Citadel challenges the world's fittest athletes, we also offer four (4) private coaching sessions (we call Foundations) - carefully crafted to prepare those not yet ready for the intensity of CrossFit training to learn our fundamental movements, get individualized coaching on proper scaling and functional mobility. You will learn foundational aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more. This unique approach to training, using functional movements at high intensity leads to dramatic gains in fitness and overall health/wellbeing.
