    I love CrossFit Citadel! Ever since I came over and joined almost 3 months ago, I felt so at home by everyone there!... Everyone treats you like family by encouraging you with working out and other life shenanigans, help train you physically and mentally in order to conquer the workouts being performed or general mental health.     As a frequent Crossfit drop in bc of my travel, I am lucky to visit many cf gyms. I’d say the majority are really good,... some are even great. Crossfit Citadel is exceptional.     Attended two classes of an offered 10 free classes. The classes were great, the coaches knowledgeable and friendly. The... customer service / marketing was alright but not very clear at communicating. Multiple misunderstandings and back tracking on the 10 free classes offered by marketing due to not attending them quickly enough.read more

    I started going to this gym last year in October and I absolutely love it! I have gotten stronger and healthier not only physically but mentally, being able to work through each workout the coaches give to you even though they are hard, I still push myself so I CAN do it and so can you! It doesn't matter if you are small, heavy, have medical issues, you CAN do it despite your flaws! I have a compromised immune system and have gotten so much more healthy than ever before. The coaches really educate you on nutrition and daily lifestyle on how to better your health on the physical and mental levels. This gym is the best! I love it here!

    Dropped in for a 5:30 class while traveling. Reached out to Coach Tommy ahead of time and he was more than hospitable. Great WOD and well programmed class, welcoming environment and very clean. Would definitely recommend.

    Such an amazing gym and staff! My husband and I came into town for a wedding and wanted to get a quick open gym WOD session in. The place was very welcoming, large, and clean! Great atmosphere and great equipment!!! I highly recommend. We will be back!

    I dropped in from out of town on a Saturday while they were cleaning the gym and they had no problem with me working out in the corner. Shay and the staff at Citadel are amazing! Not to mention they had AC and one of the cleaning gyms I’ve been to. Would highly recommend!

    The people here are amazing and truly care. Went for two trial days and wish my schedule would have worked out to go to the sessions!! But still recommend with all my heart!

    My husband and I are military and drop in here every time we come home. Wouldn’t even consider visiting another gym. Citadel is our home away from home gym. The coaches are friendly and knowledgeable and treat us like family. Amazing equipment and programming. 10/10 recommend!

    The team and facilities here are excellent. Being brand new to CrossFit the coaches have made sure to assist me with the exercises and can tailor the workouts to all ranges of ability level. They all really care about making it the best experience for their athletes through a fun and challenging environment.

    Follow up on my first review 3 months ago. Evertime I'm in town it's like I never left I can't speak high enough of the welcoming atmosphere and the coaching. These guys and gals are great! Awesome I just started CrossFit in my home town and I called and ask if I could drop in. Everyone was very welcoming and super helpful. Each trainer takes the time to help you do everything the right way then pushes you to reach for more. Definitely will be back whenever I'm in town.

    Incredible facility, all equipment is in great shape. All Coaches are at least CrossFit Level 2 Certified, and Childcare is available. Climate controlled, heated and cooled during all WODs!

    Best CrossFit gym. This place is a real community. Coaches care about everyone there no matter the level of ability. We have beginner to advanced levels but you are always apart of everything going on no matter your level. Tommy has done an excellent job of fostering a community of caring individuals.

    Best CrossFit gym bar none. Coaching is the best, we may not all be games bound but they care about our health but more importantly about what's going on in our lives. Truly an awesome community to be a part of.
