What made you want to start CrossFit?
My friends and family urged me to save myself if not for me but for my kids. My buddy, Billy mac told me all I had to do was walk in and so I did. I started my crossfit journey not knowing what to expect. I was at a fitness low and in my own head. With a lot of motivation from my coaches I got out of the toxic place in my head and rewired myself to be fit rather than fat. It's an on going journey but all the more fullfilling.
What is your favorite CrossFit movement?
Deadlifts and Rowing!
What kind of impact has CrossFit had on your life?
81 lbs in weight loss and improved metabolic conditioning and freedom.
If you could program your own WOD, what would it look like?
7000 meter row and 5 rounds of 2 max deadlifts
